Conquest Steel & Alloys is a stock holder and supplier of S355J2+N Steel plates. Our innovative and novel approach has turned us into mega stockists of S355 Structural Steel plates, delivered on time.
S355J2+N is a most common high strength steel used in construction. It is a non alloy low carbon mild steel with EN 10025 specification. Being an unalloyed carbon mild steel it is supplied to customers in hot rolled condition. S355 is offering the high yielding as well as high tensile strength with the minimum 355 N/mm2 yielding strength. It has excellent cold forming properties and plates are often produced using killed steel process and exported to customers in controlled rolling or normalized condition. Here the symbol S is used for structural steel and JR symbol is used for temperature impact test. S355 structure steel supplies in various grades as S355J2, S355JR, S355JO, S355J2G3 and has equivalent grades as ST52-3, IS 2062 E350 C, covers the requirement of our clients with engineered range of carbon steel plates and structure sections like angle, beam, channels etc.
High tensile strength S355 / E350 Plates are developed using high-end technology, which ensure their reliability and durability. This steel is designed to provide excellent welding and bending properties with substantial possibilities of savings in material cost, processing and handling. Due to its high tensile strength, it enables design of lighter, more durable and efficient products and structures. The strength, as well as hardness, can be easily increased through the cold working operation and its structure can be turned into magnetic. These plates are considered bets and widely used in different industries and applications due to its excellent features like excellent strength, hardness, good resistance to corrosion, pitting, cracking and durability. In order to avoid embrittlement, the hot working process is induced and can be heated in controlled and ideal temperature for corrosion resistance.
